These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the COPTXT Windows desktop application, the website available at https://coptxt.com/, and any related services, downloads, documentation, or materials provided by Sitech Experts LTD.

COPTXT is operated by Sitech Experts LTD ("Sitech Experts", "COPTXT", "we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using COPTXT or COPTXT.com, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download, install, access, or use COPTXT.

1. About COPTXT

COPTXT is a Windows desktop utility designed to help users enter or paste text into applications and environments where standard clipboard paste functionality may not work as expected.

COPTXT may include features such as:

text entry and paste assistance;
global keyboard shortcuts;
multiple tabs;
Keep for Later functionality;
a built-in Password Generator;
clipboard-related functionality;
other utility features that may be introduced or modified over time.

Features may change between versions.

2. Eligibility

You may use COPTXT only if you are legally permitted to enter into these Terms under the laws applicable to you.

If you use COPTXT on behalf of a company, organization, employer, or other legal entity, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

3. License to Use COPTXT

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Sitech Experts LTD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use COPTXT for lawful personal or business purposes.

This license does not transfer ownership of COPTXT or any intellectual property rights to you.

Unless expressly permitted by applicable law or by Sitech Experts LTD in writing, you may not:

sell, sublicense, rent, lease, or commercially redistribute COPTXT;
copy or distribute COPTXT except as reasonably necessary for permitted installation or backup purposes;
modify or create derivative works based on COPTXT;
reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of COPTXT;
bypass technical restrictions, licensing mechanisms, security controls, or protective measures;
remove or alter copyright, trademark, attribution, or proprietary notices;
represent COPTXT as your own software;
use COPTXT in a manner that violates applicable law or the rights of another person.

Nothing in these Terms restricts rights that cannot legally be restricted under applicable law.

4. Free Use and Public Availability

COPTXT is currently made available free of charge for general public use.

Sitech Experts LTD developed and provides COPTXT as a useful Windows utility that users may download and use without paying a license fee for the currently available version.

There is currently no charge for downloading or using the standard version of COPTXT.

COPTXT is provided as a free utility intended to be useful and accessible to the public. This does not mean that Sitech Experts LTD is a non-profit organization, and nothing in these Terms should be interpreted as describing Sitech Experts LTD as a charitable or non-profit entity.

The fact that COPTXT is currently provided free of charge does not create an obligation for Sitech Experts LTD to maintain, support, update, or continue distributing COPTXT indefinitely.

Sitech Experts LTD may introduce optional paid features, additional editions, commercial services, or different licensing models in the future. Any such changes will apply prospectively.

5. User Responsibility

You are responsible for how you use COPTXT and for any text, passwords, commands, credentials, data, or other content that you enter into or process through the application.

You are responsible for verifying that:

the correct application or input field is active before using COPTXT;
the text being entered is accurate and appropriate;
you are authorized to enter or process the relevant information;
use of COPTXT is permitted in the target system or environment;
any commands or sensitive information are reviewed before being entered.

COPTXT may simulate or facilitate text entry into another application. You should always verify the destination before initiating any automated or assisted input.

Sitech Experts LTD is not responsible for consequences resulting from text being entered into the wrong application, field, system, console, session, or environment.

6. Sensitive Information

COPTXT may be used with text that contains sensitive, confidential, or security-related information.

You are solely responsible for determining whether COPTXT is appropriate for your intended use.

You should exercise particular care when handling:

passwords;
authentication credentials;
private keys;
API keys;
access tokens;
personal information;
financial information;
confidential business information;
commands executed in administrative or production environments.

COPTXT should not be treated as a password vault, secrets-management platform, encrypted storage system, or credential-management service unless a specific feature is expressly described as providing such functionality.

7. Password Generator

COPTXT may include a built-in Password Generator intended to assist users in creating random passwords.

The Password Generator is provided as a convenience.

You remain responsible for:

determining whether a generated password meets the requirements of the system where it will be used;
storing passwords securely;
avoiding reuse where inappropriate;
protecting passwords from unauthorized disclosure;
using appropriate authentication practices.

Sitech Experts LTD does not guarantee that any generated password will satisfy the security requirements of every service, organization, system, regulation, or security policy.

The Password Generator is not a substitute for a dedicated password manager, identity-management system, or organizational security policy.

8. Keep for Later and Local Content

COPTXT may provide functionality that temporarily or locally stores text for later use.

You are responsible for any information you choose to store using such functionality.

You should not assume that locally stored or temporary COPTXT content is:

encrypted;
backed up;
permanently retained;
recoverable after deletion;
protected against access by other users or software with access to your device.

Important information should be stored using an appropriate secure and backed-up system.

9. Clipboard and Third-Party Applications

COPTXT interacts with the Windows environment and may interact with clipboard functionality or third-party applications.

Sitech Experts LTD does not control the behavior of:

Microsoft Windows;
remote desktop systems;
virtual machine consoles;
browsers;
terminal applications;
third-party desktop software;
websites;
applications into which COPTXT enters text.

Third-party applications may change their behavior, security policies, input handling, keyboard shortcut support, or compatibility without notice.

We do not guarantee that COPTXT will work with every application, system, website, console, or environment.

10. Acceptable Use

You may use COPTXT only for lawful purposes.

You must not use COPTXT to:

gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, networks, or data;
violate applicable law;
infringe intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, or other rights;
distribute malware or malicious code;
facilitate fraud, theft, harassment, abuse, or other unlawful conduct;
bypass access controls or security protections without authorization;
interfere with the operation of systems or networks;
impersonate another person or organization;
knowingly enter malicious commands into systems you are not authorized to control.

Sitech Experts LTD may discontinue access to services under its control where we reasonably believe COPTXT is being used in violation of these Terms.

11. Website Use

COPTXT.com is provided primarily for information, software distribution, support, and related purposes.

You may not use the website in a way that:

disrupts its operation;
attempts unauthorized access;
introduces malicious software;
performs abusive automated requests;
interferes with other visitors;
attempts to circumvent security protections.

We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the website at any time.

12. Software Updates

Sitech Experts LTD may release updates, fixes, improvements, or new versions of COPTXT.

Updates may:

add functionality;
remove functionality;
change compatibility;
address security issues;
fix bugs;
modify the interface or behavior.

We are not obligated to maintain any particular version indefinitely.

Older versions may become unsupported.

Where COPTXT is distributed through the Microsoft Store or another distribution platform, updates may also be subject to the functionality and policies of that platform.

13. Microsoft Store and Other Distribution Platforms

COPTXT may be distributed through the Microsoft Store or another authorized software distribution platform.

Your use of that platform is also subject to the platform operator's applicable terms and policies.

Microsoft and other distribution platforms are separate entities and are not responsible for Sitech Experts LTD's obligations under these Terms except where their own terms expressly state otherwise.

If terms imposed by an authorized distribution platform apply to your acquisition or installation of COPTXT, those terms may apply in addition to these Terms.

Where there is an unavoidable conflict, mandatory platform or legal requirements will apply to the extent required.

14. Intellectual Property

COPTXT, COPTXT.com, and their associated software, design, text, graphics, branding, logos, interfaces, documentation, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Sitech Experts LTD and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except for the limited license expressly granted under these Terms, no rights are granted to you.

The names COPTXT and Sitech Experts, together with associated branding and logos, may not be used in a way that implies endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, or affiliation without prior written permission.

15. Feedback

If you voluntarily provide suggestions, ideas, bug reports, feature requests, or other feedback regarding COPTXT, you grant Sitech Experts LTD permission to use that feedback for developing, improving, and operating COPTXT without obligation to compensate you.

This does not transfer ownership of unrelated confidential information you may provide.

Please do not submit confidential or proprietary information as feedback unless necessary and appropriately authorized.

16. Third-Party Services and Links

COPTXT or COPTXT.com may reference or link to third-party websites, software, platforms, services, or documentation.

Such third-party services are operated independently.

Sitech Experts LTD does not control and is not responsible for:

their availability;
their security;
their content;
their privacy practices;
their terms;
their functionality.

Your use of third-party services is governed by the terms and policies of those providers.

17. Privacy

Your use of COPTXT is also subject to the COPTXT Privacy Policy available at:

The Privacy Policy explains how Sitech Experts LTD handles personal information in connection with COPTXT and COPTXT.com.

18. Availability

We aim to make COPTXT and COPTXT.com reliable, but we do not guarantee continuous availability.

COPTXT, its website, downloads, updates, documentation, or related services may occasionally be unavailable due to:

maintenance;
technical problems;
hosting failures;
third-party outages;
security incidents;
software changes;
circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue COPTXT or any related service at any time, subject to applicable law.

19. No Professional Advice

COPTXT is a software utility.

Nothing provided through COPTXT or COPTXT.com constitutes:

legal advice;
cybersecurity consulting;
financial advice;
compliance advice;
professional IT advice;
a guarantee that your systems are secure.

You remain responsible for evaluating your own technical, security, legal, and operational requirements.

20. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, COPTXT and COPTXT.com are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Sitech Experts LTD makes no guarantee that COPTXT will:

operate without interruption;
be completely error-free;
work with every system or application;
meet every user's requirements;
remain compatible with future versions of Windows or third-party software;
prevent data loss;
prevent security incidents;
always enter text exactly as intended in every environment.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sitech Experts LTD disclaims all warranties, representations, and conditions not expressly stated in these Terms, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or statutory protections that cannot legally be excluded.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sitech Experts LTD and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to COPTXT.

This includes, where legally permitted, loss or damage relating to:

data;
passwords or credentials;
business interruption;
lost profits;
lost revenue;
system downtime;
incorrect text entry;
commands entered into a system;
loss of access;
corruption or deletion of information;
security incidents;
reliance on generated passwords;
incompatibility with third-party applications.

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups, security controls, access controls, and verification procedures.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, Sitech Experts LTD's liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

22. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sitech Experts LTD from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of COPTXT, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of the rights of another person.

This section does not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable consumer-protection law.

23. Consumer Rights

These Terms are not intended to remove or limit any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.

If you are a consumer and applicable law gives you rights that cannot be waived or limited by contract, those rights remain unaffected.

24. Suspension or Termination

You may stop using COPTXT at any time.

Sitech Experts LTD may terminate or restrict licenses or access to services under its control if:

you materially violate these Terms;
continued use creates a security or legal risk;
we are required to do so by law;
a service or product is discontinued.

Upon termination of your license, you must stop using COPTXT where required by law or by an enforceable termination notice.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law provisions.

25. Changes to COPTXT

We may change COPTXT at any time.

Changes may include:

adding features;
removing features;
changing interface elements;
changing system requirements;
changing compatibility;
changing the distribution method;
changing licensing or commercial models.

We do not guarantee that a particular feature will remain available indefinitely.

26. Changes to These Terms

Sitech Experts LTD may update these Terms from time to time.

When we do, the "Last updated" date at the top of this document will be changed.

Material changes may be communicated through COPTXT.com, the application, the Microsoft Store, or another appropriate method.

Your continued use of COPTXT after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by applicable law.

If applicable law requires a different form of consent to a material change, we will use the legally required method.

27. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection or other applicable law provides otherwise.

28. Jurisdiction

To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, COPTXT, or COPTXT.com shall be subject to the competent courts in Israel.

If mandatory law gives you the right to bring a claim in another jurisdiction, nothing in these Terms removes that right.

29. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

30. No Waiver

If Sitech Experts LTD does not enforce a provision of these Terms immediately, that does not waive our right to enforce it later.

31. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the COPTXT Privacy Policy and any additional terms that expressly apply to a particular COPTXT service or distribution platform, constitute the agreement between you and Sitech Experts LTD regarding your use of COPTXT.
